Le Benefique make herbal teas in their natural form

I don’t know about you but I’m trying to get my body in tune with summer and I absolutely hate the word diet so I’m going sugar-free for as long as possible. Not so much to lose weight as this can’t be the focus when you run a deli right? I’m more concerned with how addictive sugar can be and how much I can actually put off inheriting the gift of diabetes from my parents!

One of the biggest difficulties I found was not being able to have a strong earl grey to warm me on the cold early mornings. Obviously tea doesn’t contain any sugar but I just couldn’t start the day without that sugar kick and I didn’t realise that until I started the sugar-free lifestyle.

So I found something new, herbal teas presented in their natural form as stems full of active organic substances. You can find them at our counter so that you can take a look and find one with natural benefits that suit your lifestyle. They are pretty unique, French-Turkish founder’s Le Benefique teas are hand picked by local mountain villagers, so there is no tea bag and no strainer required. Choose from six organic varieties: Lavender, Camomile, Lime Tree, Thyme, Lavender Flower and Wild Sage. Pop your chosen delicate flower stem in your cup of water just below boiling temperature and infuse for at least three minutes by resting a saucer to cover the top of the cup. Each steam comes in its own gift box with details of health benefits of each. You can’t really go wrong with them priced the same as a cup of English breakfast tea. Give yourself the gift of infusing a better health and enjoy them hot or cold, I am!
